Terms of Service

Velarion Stewardship provides commissioned governance and compensation research packs on public companies, produced for institutional stewardship, governance and compensation teams. You identify a subject company, we confirm coverage, and we generate a multi-section research pack from that company's public filings and disclosures.

Stewardship is available as a one-time commissioned pack or as an annual subscription. It is a research deliverable, not a platform subscription: it does not provide standing software access, and it is distinct from the CompBrief per-report storefront.

All prices are in US dollars. Current prices:

• Single commissioned pack: $5,000. A founding rate of $3,500 applies to orders placed on or before September 30, 2026.
• Annual subscription: $12,500/yr, including up to eight (8) commissioned packs during the subscription year.
• Additional packs beyond the annual quota: $2,500 each.

Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed through Stripe. Velarion does not store your payment card details.

An annual subscription includes up to eight commissioned packs per subscription year. The quota is enforced at the point of commissioning; requests beyond the quota are routed to the additional-pack rate described in Section 3 rather than being silently declined or silently billed.

Unused packs do not carry over. On renewal, the annual quota resets.

You may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the current term. Subscription fees are not refunded on cancellation, and any packs remaining in your annual quota stay available to you through the end of the paid term.

The founding rate, where it applied to your initial subscription, is held for your first annual renewal. Subsequent renewals are at the then-current list rate.

Coverage of the subject company is confirmed before an order is accepted. After payment is confirmed, pack generation begins. You will receive the completed pack by email at the address provided at checkout, and can monitor status on the order confirmation page.

If a pack cannot be generated, the order is marked failed and the payment is refunded automatically. You will be notified by email.

Download links for a one-time commissioned pack remain active for 90 days from delivery. For subscriptions, links to every pack commissioned under the subscription remain active through the end of the subscription term. Save or forward your packs before those windows close; we do not archive them on your behalf beyond them.

Packs are licensed for your internal business use and for sharing with colleagues, clients and advisors in the normal course of your business. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute packs as a commercial product or service
• Represent Velarion research as your own original work product
• Use packs to build a competing data product or service
• Scrape, extract, or systematically reproduce pack content at scale

Velarion Stewardship packs are generated from publicly available company filings and disclosures. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all data is complete, current, or free of error. Filings may contain omissions, and reported figures may occasionally not match what a filing discloses.

Packs are informational only. Nothing in any pack constitutes legal, investment, tax, accounting, or compensation consulting advice. Packs are intended to inform analysis, not to serve as the sole basis for any decision. Velarion is not a registered investment adviser, law firm, or licensed compensation consultant. You should consult qualified professionals before making compensation, governance, or investment decisions.

Because packs are produced on demand as custom deliverables, one-time pack orders are final once generation has been initiated following payment confirmation.

If a pack fails to generate, the payment for that pack is refunded automatically (Section 5). If a delivered pack contains a material factual error, contact us at andy@velarion.ai with the order reference and we will correct and reissue it, or refund that pack.

Subscription fees are not refunded on cancellation; cancellation stops the next renewal and your remaining quota stays available through the paid term (Section 4). Individual packs that fail to generate are refunded automatically as described above, whether purchased one-time or drawn from a subscription quota.
